At Chicnex, we strive to process all orders as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number.
Ireland & EU: Estimated delivery is within 5 –10 business days after shipping.
USA: Estimated delivery is within 5–12 business days after shipping.
Note: While most orders arrive within these timeframes, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to stock availability, shipping carrier issues, customs processing, or holiday periods. In such cases, we will notify you immediately and do our best to provide updated delivery information.
We do our best to keep our stock updated in real time. However, in rare cases where an item is temporarily out of stock:

You may choose to wait, receive a partial shipment, or get a full refund for the unavailable item.
