How to Measure Yourself

Use a soft measuring tape and measure directly on your body while wearing light clothing or a non-padded bra.

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Underbust: Measure right under your bust where the bra band sits.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest point of your waist.

Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips and bottom.

Tip: Stand straight but relaxed, and do not pull the tape too tight.
